Order/Payment

You’ve made your decision? Place your order with ease using our secure website. We accept the main credit cards.

We will confirm receipt of your order within 48 hours.

Bike Assembly

We assemble our bikes one at a time, by hand, in our workshop in Granby, Qc. We like this way of doing things, since it gives us great quality control over the final product. This means that your bike has been adjusted correctly, and that only the installation of the front wheel and handlebars (removed for packaging) is necessary when you receive the bike. If you don’t feel comfortable with these steps, visit your local bike shop.

Shipment

We know you want your order as soon as possible! We will ship your box once the order is confirmed, and be sure the product you ordered will be carefully wrapped to protect it during shipment. We only do business with trustworthy carriers. We use flat rates for Canada (except NT, YT and NU). This rate will be displayed at the time of payment for your purchase.

For international purchases, the calculated carrier rate will be displayed at checkout. We have negotiated the best possible contract with our carriers in order to offer you the most reasonable rate.

The Panorama Cycles Warranty

We're proud to offer products for which every detail has been thought through and validated.

We offer a warranty that covers the owner of a Panorama bike for life. First of all, should a manufacturing issue arise, this defect will typically surface quickly in the life of the bike. That's why we offer a full 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Then, if an accident, fall or impact causes damage to the frame, you'll be covered by our lifetime crash replacement policy. Simply return the frame to us, and we'll assess whether repair is possible or replacement is necessary, at the lowest possible cost.

Return the bike after 10 days of testing if anything is not up to your expectations. Your satisfaction (and especially your fun outdoor) is at the top of our priorities. See the Terms of Sale for more information.

When will my order ship?

For items in inventory, the order processing time is 3-5 days after the order is received. An email will be sent to you upon receipt of order to confirm this delay.

What is the shipping cost?

We use flat rates for Canada (except NT, YT and NU). This rate will be displayed at the time of payment for your purchase.

For international purchases, the calculated carrier rate will be displayed at checkout. We have negotiated the best possible contract with our carriers in order to offer you the most reasonable rate.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order so we can offer you the best possible shipping rate.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery time for orders in Canada is 5-7 days, but can be up to 15 days in some cases (some remote areas).

For orders in the U.S., delivery times are generally 7-12 days.
For international orders, delivery times are generally 10-15 days.

Will I have to pay international customs duties and taxes?

For all orders shipped outside of Canada: you are responsible for paying any customs duties/tariffs and applicable local taxes. These fees will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. For U.S. residents, an *estimate* of customs duties will be provided at checkout.

What if I don't receive my shipment?

If your order does not seem to arrive within the typical time frame, please write to us at info@panoramacycles.com so that we can start the investigation with the carrier.

What if I need to return my order?

Please consult our return policy in our terms of sale.

How does in-store pickup work?

If you choose the in-store pickup option during checkout, your order will be sent to the selected Panorama Cycles retailer. The retailer must participate in our Click And Collect program in order to be part of the pickup locations.

Once the order has been shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you and the retailer. Once the package arrives at the retailer, the bike will be prepared and the retailer will contact you directly to schedule pickup.
