New! A Panorama Cycles exclusivity for the 2023/2024 winter season: our Try Before you Buy program allows you to try one of our bikes free of charge before you buy.
For the first year, we’re offering you the chance to try out our Chic-Chocs carbon fat bike.
How does it work?
A few simple steps:
- Choose the size that’s right for you by visiting the Chic-Chocs bike page HERE.
- Fill in the form below and e-mail it to us. We will get in touch to discuss the final details.
- Make a secure, fully refundable deposit.
- Receive your bike directly at home in an easy-to-use, reusable travel bag.
- You then have 5 days to test the bike to make sure you like it and that it’s the right size for you!
And then?
You have two options:
- You love the bike and want to buy it: all you have to do is pay the balance and return the transport bag to us using the prepaid label provided (pick-up at your home). The $500 deposit will be refunded once the travel bag has been received. It’s that simple!
- You would like to return the bike: simply put it back in its travel bag and use the prepaid return label provided, it will be picked up at your home. The $500 deposit will be refunded once the bike and bag have been received.

What happens if I damage the bike?
The equivalent of the cost of the bike is pre-authorized on your credit card before the bike is shipped. The cost of any breakage or damage to the bike will be assessed and deducted from the pre-approved amount on the credit card.
Will my $500 deposit be refunded?
If you purchase the bike, the deposit will be returned to you once the travel bag has been received. The same way, if you ship the bike back, the deposit will be refunded once the travel bag and bike have been returned to us.
Can I choose any model to try?
At the moment, only the Chic-Chocs 2024 is available for the Try Before You Buy program.
What if I want to buy the bike but the size doesn't fit?
The bike must be placed in its travel bag and returned to us thanks to the prepaid delivery label. Once the bike has been received, the correct size bike will be sent to you for testing. Please note that standard delivery charges will apply to this new shipment.
How do I transport my bike by car?
If you intend to transport your bike by car, you must ensure that it’s in a way that won’t damage the paintwork or components.
We recommend putting a protective cover around the bike if you’re transporting it on a rack outside your car, to prevent it from being damaged by salt and lime splashes on the road.
Please note that a cleaning fee will be charged if the bike is returned to us dirty.
Do I have to pay delivery charges?
The bike will be sent to you free of charge. A prepaid return label will also be included in the bag for returning the transport bag.
Will I have to pay a return shipping fee?
A return label will be included in the transport bag so that you can return the transport bag empty or with the trial bike.
